About the Role

We are seeking a Properties Operations Officer to join our team. As a Properties Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating efficiently.


Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant requests
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any issues or maintenance needs
Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner
Respond to tenant requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Develop and implement procedures and policies to ensure properties are operating efficiently
Manage property budgets and expenses
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in property management or related field

  • Knowledge of property management software and tools

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
