About the Role
We are seeking a Properties Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Properties Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and operating efficiently
Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any issues or maintenance needs
Develop and implement procedures and policies to ensure properties are operating efficiently
Manage property maintenance budgets and expenses
Respond to tenant requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and requirements
Supervise and train maintenance staff
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
5+ years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role
Knowledge of property maintenance software and tools
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to property maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
