About the Role

We are seeking a Properties Administration Assistant to join our team. As a Properties Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management team.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the property management team
Answer phone calls and respond to emails from tenants and other stakeholders
Manage tenant requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance
Assist with the preparation of leases, contracts, and other legal documents
Maintain accurate records and files for each property
Process and track rent payments and expenses
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the property management team

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in property management

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
