| Administration and Lease Management |
| In order to manage your property, an experienced Property Coordinator/ Administrator will be provided to manage your property from one of our management offices located nearby. Your Property Coordinator/Administrator will keep you posted at all times of any requirements relating to the tenancy, in order to ensure that your obligations as a Landlord are met in full. Our Property Management Division is available 24-hours via Q8REALTOR after-hour emergency number just in case your tenant has any problems outside business hours. At times when your property is vacant, your Property Coordinator/Administrator will liaise with our Marketing & Leasing division to provide recommendations regarding applications from potential tenants. |
